In collaboration with the award wining property developer Emaar, Grand Blue Tower was launched in 2019 and was personally designed by Elie Saab. It is a premium two-tower, the first tower comprises 53 residential floors and the second one with 36 residential floors for an overall 631 residences which includes 1,2- & 3-bedroom apartments and 4- and 7-bedroom penthouses. Residents will have access to a private beach, a swimming pool, fitness center and a play area for children. The starting price for a 1-bedroom apartment is around USD 540,000 and 1-bedroom penthouse are around USD 572,000. Currently, the Grand Blue tower is under construction and is expected to be ready for handover in Q4 2023.

Elie Saab latest Towers in Romania

Metropolitan Group, a real estate developer has teamed up with Elie Saab fashion group and launched their first residential Elie Saab towers in October 2022, located in the north of the capital Bucharest – Romania called Aviatiei. It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024. Elie Saab towers will have 141 apartments and exclusive pieces from the designer’s collection will be used in the interior design of the apartments.
